Extremely nice hotel in a quiet, pleasant area Got in around 11pm and all they could provide was a smoking room even though I had requested non-smoking. The room was in great shape and very clean. We will stay again if we go back to that area.
Very ordinary place with very ordinary service. Stayed for 5 nights but room service came only one day. Image a family of 4 staying with no service for 4 days. My wife had to get the sheets from front desk and change it. Had to go downstairs multiple days to gets towels. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Floor was sticky. Breakfast was okay - same option for all 5 days.
The bathroom was outdated with chipped tiles. All the staff seemed nice and helpful. We asked for an extra pillow and we were told there was none. One day no knives, another day no butter. We were told water would be available daily, all day, sadly was not the truth.
Front desk staff . Poor customer service. Unexpected early arrival fees. Checked in at 1 pm. Check in was at 3 pm. So i was charged $25 per room. Had 2 rooms. Rooms were ready .

The exterior was clean however the morning after check-in it was noticed the room had roaches, and mildew on the ceiling. I left, there was not even any attempt to compensate from management.

I requested a feather free room and aldo emailed and spoke to someone at the facility. This was not available. Someone was smoking marijuana in one of the rooms. The whole place smelled of it. I got sick did not sleep there the second night and oy went in late the third night to pack and leave esrly this mornimg When we asked for ectra towels were told they had none.

Really for that price and they dont fix the room on a daily basis its unacceptable. Tey dont change the towells evry day.

Entrance was dirty, unkept and had lots of liter. Lobby was messy and not as presentable as pictured. Staff was basic. Overall, this hotel seemed run down. When we noticed a water leak in our room, we were not allowed to change rooms. Maintenance was called to cleaned water and fix fridge.
