We checked into the property and were given a room that had not been cleaned at all.

Oh no! I am so sorry this happened. I assure this is not the "norm". I will follow up on this to see where our team went wrong.
The elevators were not working in the building for our entire stay so it made our 3rd floor room very inconvenient and tiresome especially with our bags.
Dirty
We have two miniature pinschers and at every La Quinta we stay at, we are charged $25 for both dogs together, per night. They changed us $25/dog instead. Didn’t want to adjust the fees. Very disappointed
Breakfast is super awesome - but it’s too noisy in the room - walls are not sound proof.

Pillows were nasty and sheets were dirty. Had to call to get all new sheets. Floor wasn't clean and I got the suite. So wasn't worth the money.
