alot told the doors fo rooms look like they haven wen broken into or like the locks were picked with a fool do some sort. The rug smelled moldy and reeks of cigarette smoke. Never again. The front desk staff were accommodating tho and refunded my stay after I asked to leave.

I booked into a room next door to a room with a dog the front door is right next door to each other it smelled really bad. And the smell came into my room. I tried explaining the obvious the smell is from next door. The front desk refused to listen and demand I moved other immediately and refused to refund my money. There’s only two people in my room no dogs but they said the odor came from me.Told me to contact Expedia knowing once the reservation is checked in Expedia has no access to it. The staff treat you like you’re in a prison cell. Once you give them your money, they don’t care about anything else you have to say or any comments, especially when it comes to safety of other people.

Worst stay in my life, Checked in to roaches being in the Bed, their was no alternative provided just that the desk clerk would check another room for roaches, staff overnight staff had an attitude and didn’t want to assist in my refunds or reimbursement this really interrupted my weekend stay being that it was carnival weekend and all other hotels were sold out, resulted in me traveling to another city to find another hotel With availability, I will never book this hotel again
