The first room they gave us smelled like mold. Yting to get the operator was a hassle.

The room didn’t come with a mini fridge, the hair dryer didn’t work the coffee maker didn’t work. There were no do not disturb signs or TV guides. It was just missing a lot of basic stuff.

water pressure in shower was low and the water was not hot enough. breakfast buffet was way below out expectations.

I stayed there for 8 days and the guest washing facilities was not working had to find a outside wash house to use

Hotel needs an upgrade. I did not feel it was a clean and sanitary environment. The furniture, etc. needs an upgrade.

The day we arrived we had to wait in line for 15 minutes to register. There was only one person at front desk doing registration. After a 3 hour drive all you want to do is get keys to your room and rest. Also I requested 2 room keys and was given only one because the key machine was not working properly. When I walked into the room and open curtains noticed windows were filthy. Another thing is that we weren’t told that if you turned off lights the refrigerator shuts down.
