Ok hotel but there were some facilities issues. The back door did not latch so access to the hotel from the rear was not restricted to guests. One other exit on the side of the hotel was locked yet marked as an emergency exit. A remodel was in progress so our room was missing a closet door and there was very little lighting in the bedroom of our suite. Good
Guest services didn’t make the bed. Ice machine didn’t work. Elevator went out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Lady at register did seem concerned about our issues.
The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that the beds were queen instead of double. But, the shower head had water squirting everywhere. The tv sound did not work at all. The pool was out of order and our floor was torn up.

Easy to get to without too much traffic.
