we were there for 5 days 4 nights and they never cleaned our room. i was booked until the 27 and they cancelled our key on the 26. We did get towels from a very nice cleaning lady, but nobody cleaned out room not once and we had to empty our own trash.
The pool was ice cold.
Location was good. Felt overall cleanliness was lacking. Shower water never got hot. Front desk was somewhat chaotic at check-in. Did not participate in breakfast. Would not stay again.

I liked being on the first floor (for a change). The ice machine working. The willingness to assist with a concern by the employees.
Property is beat up and not much if anything has been done to repair it. Not often i get in a hotel elevator with graffiti scratched into the walls. Breakfast sub-par but was passable.
I liked the room I was in the girls at the front desk joselyn and I didn’t catch the other ladies name they were great very nice and loved their enthusiasm nice pleasant communication was great breakfast here was awsome! My favorite was the waffles and coffee the hot tub and pool was kool however… the hut tub chlorine smell was very high like it made our eyes burn a little but over all it was ok there was this one guy who worked in the night he was rude I asked if I could get at least 2 extra pillows and with what he respond... read more
