Property is very clean
My the room was exactly as advertised on the website. The staff was very courteous and attentive to needs and requests. My overall stay was highly refreshing and enjoyable.
The pool was hot I just was a very clean down there
The hot tub jets didn't work. The TV listing showed local channels, but neither room that I was in had the first 13 channels or so on the list. The decaf coffee was cold at 8 am the first day that i was there. The sink in my first room was cracked, the handheld shower attachment was broken off and i had no hot water in the room. I asked the housekeeper, Tirsa, to see if i was doing anything wrong with the shower controls. Everthing about the check in to departure went very smoothly. Bery nive front desk staff. Wish it could have been a full breakfast but understand in these times certain things are beyond their control. It was sufficient for as much as could be done...i was happy with it.
Mattress was horrible. Shower water pressure was great.
They didn’t have the room available that I reserved 2 queen beds and pool and hot tub was closed but we made the bed of the stay.
