Good for a short stay The weather was 100 * and the ac didn't work so well. The staff provided a fan which helped to cool the room. The faucet in the tub dripped. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast had several options and a nice area to eat.
Close to Doctor Pros: Staff, breakfast, room Cons: No Location: Near stores, restaurants Needed to be close to our doctor's office. This place was perfect for us.
Pros: everything it had to offer Cons: No black hair strands in sink upon arrival. Staff that smiles and communicates upon check in. Location: It was a great location for our traveling needs. clean hotel, comfy bed, quite, computer on site, breakfast, food choices,stores near by, great location. Would stay again. Nice hotel close to I-20 The hotel breakfast is abundant in food and the hotel is clean and spacious
Staff could use refresher training. The room was good, beds were excellent, but staff needs to work on their people skills. When I called to let them know I would be checking in late, she said rather rudely, "Well, if your credit card goes through, we'll keep the room for you. Then, after having read on Expedia that they offered roll-away beds, when we got there, she said, "We don't offer roll-away beds, it's a fire hazard!" Just what we needed! We were in Fort Worth for the TCU Family Weekend. Although not real close to campus LaQuinta was easy to get to & easy to get to campus. The facilities were nice & staff very helpful & accommodating. We stay here every time we are there to visit my daughter. Great place!
Easy to find and close to the Hwy. Nice clean room, comfortable beds. Good breakfast. It was nice to have an elevator to get our luggage upstairs.
