It was ok there were small roaches in the room, and i almost checked out...I reported it to a staff member and nothing was done. I started to check out and go somewhere else, but it was too late. Roaches in my room was pissing me off for room... I had to keep my clothing in my bags it was close to where my event was located
Comfortable stay Cleaning of the rooms and replacing of towels. Had to ask 3 of the 4 days we were there for towels. Beds were very comfortable. Facility is pet friendly.

Pleasant While reading in the chair, I noticed a big bedbug. The bedspread & sheets had lint. The staff we're excellent with their service.
Pleasant Our reservation was wrong and we had to get it changed. We checked in later at night and had to call a couple of times to get a staff member to come to the counter.
Pleasant The window in our room was not clean. It had a film on it. Some of the furniture like the bottom of the night stand looked like it had not been dusted. The phone in the room needed to be cleaned. The phone looked liked it had not been cleaned in long time. We liked the biscuits and gravy, and waffle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We like the coffee and cocoa.
