Okay for a short stay. Very tired decor, in need of remodel in public areas and rooms. Breakfast buffet of stale breads and pastries. Staff friendly and helpful. Location on convenient street.

Decent hotel for families and pets. Clean bathrooms. -Wi-Fi was unprotected. I wish they added some security. -Saw evidence of mold because of insufficient ventilation. Property is in need of upgrading its HVAC. -Strong smell of mustiness as soon as we open the door to the room. Great service and friendly staff It was on the main road and could be noisy. Was easy to get around, close to highway and Roosevelt Field Shopping Mall, close to golf courses.

Fine, but who needs the hassle? 1. One of the two elevators wasn’t working. The one elevator that did work was very slow. 2. Both key cards didn’t work on the afternoon that I checked in. So it was another long wait, a journey from the 5th floor with my luggage back to the lobby to get keycards that did work, and another long wait to return with my luggage to the 5th floor. Wonderful One of the two elevators was out of order. It was a totally booked hotel with at least 2 wedding parties on a holiday weekend. Not only was the elevator broken but the door was left open on the 4th floor posing a serious hazard. Wonderful breakfast,clean room, friendly staff
