Great service and friendly staff It was on the main road and could be noisy. Was easy to get around, close to highway and Roosevelt Field Shopping Mall, close to golf courses.

Fine, but who needs the hassle? 1. One of the two elevators wasn’t working. The one elevator that did work was very slow. 2. Both key cards didn’t work on the afternoon that I checked in. So it was another long wait, a journey from the 5th floor with my luggage back to the lobby to get keycards that did work, and another long wait to return with my luggage to the 5th floor. Wonderful One of the two elevators was out of order. It was a totally booked hotel with at least 2 wedding parties on a holiday weekend. Not only was the elevator broken but the door was left open on the 4th floor posing a serious hazard. Wonderful breakfast,clean room, friendly staff
