Pleasant Cleanliness Room was not very clean. The faucet fell off the shower wall when trying to turn on the shower. The shower curtain was stinky.

Good Staff was super friendly. I felt like i was treated like family upon my check-in. The breakfast looked good even though i did have any but a glass of Orange Juice.
