convenient to airport, and customer care made this location ideal for my travel needs. there were a couple of times during the night the roar of the planes engines disturbed my sleep. kindness of all staff.

Very Good All the electronic bldg doors did not lock. Normally they are unlocked with your room key, but here, none of the doors locked. I brought it up that same day to the registration clerk but he stated that's how they are. My mind questioned the safety factor here, especially because my room was located in the far back of the building.
