Pleasant The elevator was dirty. Something spilled and wasn't picked up. Another family and I asked for a blanket and we got it begrudgingly. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room was good The shuttle driver was amazing

Very Good Hallways and elevator a bit tired and grimy looking. Very noisy peoole in next room kept me awake until small hours, but that's not the hotels fault. I left to go to airport at 6am so can't comment on breakfast as it started at 7am on weekends. When calling for shuttle pick up choose the reservations option, I tried the front desk option and no one answered. I'm not sure they pick up from international terminal, I went to terminal B on the subway from terminal D just to be sure. Close to airport, less than 10 minut... read more

Good The hotel should specify the gate where to wait the shuttle and that you need to call the front desk to send the shuttle to pick you up. Also poor maintenance of the bathroom I cut one of my fingers with a corroded shower valve. Room confort
