Fun pool and great shuttle service I contacted the hotel before our stay to ask them if we could check in early. I received a message saying that that would be fine. When we arrived at midday, the receptionist wanted to charge us $20 for early check-in, something they hadn't mentioned in their message. Fortunately, we showed them the conversation and they let us into our room without the extra fee.
