Awesome The toilet got a bit stuck and they were too close to the ground The location was close to the airport and the installations were clean

Houston Airport Office area wreaked of pot when we checked in. 24 hour safety door near the elevator was never locked. Inexpensive and clean.

Good Took a long time to get picked up at airport by shuttle and when trying to call front desk couldn’t get through. Beds were comfy

The person at the front desk and his attitude ruined what could've been a rather enjoyable stay. We had booked a room to accommodate 4 adults and the room we got could only sleep 3. When I brought this up to the front desk the guy simply said there was nothing he could do to solve the problem. We were lucky we had an inflatable bed with us. Also, they did not have 24/7 airport shuttle service. Perfect location, specially when you need to catch a flight first thing in the morning. Breakfast was also plentiful and enjoyable.
