Staff was very helpful. Joseph who drove the airport shuttle was lovely.
It was a nice stay and the hotel met our needs. On the website it clearly stated no fee for pets which is the main reason I reserved at this hotel. We checked in at the front desk and they advised a pet fee in which we disputed. The hotel waived the fee after showing them the hotel policy that clearly stated no pet fee. Also, we got double beds as it was at cheaper rate. Personally, it would have been courteous to offer to be placed in a 1 bed without extra costs to offer families the space and double beds. Place was very close to the venue we needed to be was very clean with friendly staff I liked everything Breakfast was great they had a variety of things and was very clean
