Too short lived because it has been a while since we had been out. I wish our rooms would have been next to each other not a few doors down. Check in was great. The rooms were clean. He whole hotel smelled clean. Breakfast was great. Close enough to our destination. Staff great. Check out good.
Staff was very helpful. Joseph who drove the airport shuttle was lovely.
It was a nice stay and the hotel met our needs. On the website it clearly stated no fee for pets which is the main reason I reserved at this hotel. We checked in at the front desk and they advised a pet fee in which we disputed. The hotel waived the fee after showing them the hotel policy that clearly stated no pet fee. Also, we got double beds as it was at cheaper rate. Personally, it would have been courteous to offer to be placed in a 1 bed without extra costs to offer families the space and double beds.
