Other than above, nice. We arrived from a long drive from Padre Island in the rain fifteen minutes before check-in time and were told it would cost us $25 more to check in fifteen minutes early. No other hotel we stayed in during our trip had such a rule. This was our last stop on a two-week trip prior to flying home so we were anxious to get organized for our flight the next morning. We had a first floor room, which is what we requested.
Awesome La habitación fue muy comoda, equipada con todo, tenía un escritorio donde pude trabajar sin problemas. El salón es grande, la parte de jardín es muy linda. La recepción funciona las 24 horas y todo fue muy accesible.

Value for money Breakfast buffet was good considering COVID-19 restrictions. Location is perfect for catching your flight on time. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Unfortunately, the elevator went out of service the morning we were checking out. I had to make trips down and up 5 flights of stairs for breakfast and checkout.

Our stay Steven, the receptionist, was called because we had an incident with the people next door to us. They kept trying to get into our room, turning the doornob to the door that seperates 2 rooms. The reason for my review is because steven never did anything about it, after he said that he would. The ladies at check-in were really nice and professional, helped with a smooth check-in.
