Ok, for a quick stay when you have an early morning flight. Trash receptacles in the hallway were dirty. The carpeting ing the room was dirty. And it wasn’t clear where to turn on AC. There’s a thermostat on the wall, yet that doesn’t control the AC, which the power strip had to be reset in order to work. Desk attendant was very responsive and came to do it when I called. Not too far from IAH airport
