Very Good Bathroom door hinges were loose could not close the doors correctly, fridge was in the floor

I truly apologize for the inconvenience with your bathroom doors. Some of our refrigerators are larger than others so they will not fit inside a cabinet. They are ‘stand alone’ models. I hope the issue with your door was reported so that maintenance could take care of it. Again, my apologies.

It was to short! The bed and pillows were a little bit to firm for my liking but I can bring my pillows from home next time. Everything was absolutely wonderful and we will come back again.

Good value for just an overnight stay. It was a little bit dated. Small bathtubs with old fixtures- hard to adjust water temperature. Location was very close to IAH airport. Staff was great!
