Exceptional Several days prior to checking in, I inquired about how late the shuttle operates, as I was arriving on a late flight. I was only told it runs until midnite but not that I needed to call for a pick-up. Thus, I almost missed my chance to get a ride because I assumed it regularly circled the Houston airport. I apologize that you were not told about calling for pickup and assumed that the shuttle circles the airport. We dispatch the shuttle as guests need it so that they do not have to wait longer than need be. I am glad that you called the property and were able to get a ride in time. Good clean place to stay. All was good for us. We found nothing they could change. The breakfast was good and the staff was great. We left some things in the room and they mailed it to us in San Antonio.

Exceptional It was over priced just for two nights!! when you need like three or four nights makes no sence. also for breakfast the times are way to short and not much variety eaither to be over priced !! some family's are still sleeping or cant make it in time do they offer free lunch ?

We are an economically priced hotel that is a great value for the money. We offer sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and hot sausage gravy, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bread, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea. I apologize that the 3 hour breakfast times were not long enough for you. This is the standard at most hotels. We do offer a 24 hour market with hot foods available for sale at all times for our guests’ convenience.
Good value if you require just an overnight stay and require to fly out from I.A.H. Airport pick-up. Not aware that it would be necessary to ring the hotel to be picked up after emailng notification of our flight number and arrival time.Even when we were made aware of this, we still had to wait outside the terminal pick-up point int he chilly evening air for over 50mins. Close proximity to the airport. Large room with comfortable beds. Average breakfast but adequate.

We require all guests to call for pickup when they have retrieved their luggage and are actually ready for pickup. Flights are not always on time. As you see, at a busy airport location when the shuttle has to wait on guests who are not actually ready for pickup, it can cause delays. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Excellent I traveling because my fiance is having heart surgery Thursday. ...I am his "nurse", business. He may be looking at open heart surgery after this.
