Excellent place to stay for stopover in Very efficient and friendly front desk staff. The shuttle bus arrived at the airport in exactly the timeframe that I was given when I requested it on the phone. When I arrived the receptionist had all my check in documentation and keys ready for me. He was super friendly and helpful. After over 20 hours of travelling this was very welcome ! The hotel is great if you need to be by the airport only, otherwise stay in the main downtown center The Jacuzzi was not open during my stay. The free internet did not work for the first full day I was there. The hotel is too far away from the main downtown to actually enjoy it and is very costly to get downtown and back to the hotel as there is no good public transport. I do apologize that the Jacuzzi was down for maintenance during your stay. As far as the internet, this is my first time hearing of any issue. I do hope it was reported to the desk so that they were able to follow up with our provider. As for our other amenities, I am glad that you enjoyed them.
