Convenient location, quick and free shuttle to / from airport, hotel staff could be more attentive. Just minor things the lobby staff have to work out such as courtesy infused water dispenser was clogged with fruit at the bottom so you couldn’t get a drink if you wanted to. The staff saw me struggling to get some water poured but did nothing. Very close to airport. 10-minute drive or less. Airport shuttle and it’s driver were very helpful.

Excellent The first room we got the A/C was not working and the refrigerator had not been cleaned. When we opened it the smell was horrible. Loved that we could leave our vehicles there while traveling.

Good There was a bug crawling on the bathroom wall, no tea in the room or at breakfast, I could hear everything from outside the room including the elevator ring every time someone would use it. Fitness center is too small. Room seemed really cleaned, breakfast included was a great plus.
