Besides having a problem with the key cards, everything else was fine. We enjoyed our stay. Every time we left the property our key cards wouldn't work when we returned. Lighting in the room was good.
Exceptional La Quinta is an easy “go to” hotel chain without the frills. Breakfast is buffet style with more choice than other La Quinta’s, airport shuttle was prompt and the room was clean and comfortable.

Just no needs to be more prepared for cold weather. Soft/squishy elevator. Lack of heat for breakfast room/entry. It gets cold in Texas too. Great location. Clean.
Excellent, flights were delayed staying an additional 3 days. The bath is a bit dated but room and bath both clean. Cannot say anything about air conditioning as I am here in a ice storm. Staff has gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Restaurants were closed but they found solutions . I thank them! :)
