Just no needs to be more prepared for cold weather. Soft/squishy elevator. Lack of heat for breakfast room/entry. It gets cold in Texas too. Great location. Clean.

I apologize about the weather. The staff should have definitely turned the heat up in the lobby. The front desk is on a different thermostat. They may not have known how cool it was in that area. I apologize again.
Excellent, flights were delayed staying an additional 3 days. The bath is a bit dated but room and bath both clean. Cannot say anything about air conditioning as I am here in a ice storm. Staff has gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Restaurants were closed but they found solutions . I thank them! :)

We do have some rooms that do not come with a microwave and fridge that are more economical. It depends on what the guest books.
Great location. Phone was not working so I couldn't ask for the wake up call service. The door key(card) didn't work the first time. I arrived late tired and wanted to hit the bed ASAP so it was not very good. Good breakfast and reliable shuttle service. The room was spacious and clean.
