Returning guest Hot water was out, maintenance issues happen but they could've at least let me know when I checked in. Not their fault though, I'd stay here again Clean hotel, pretty safe feeling and close to the major highways
Great price, good breakfast, and free shuttle. There were no good restaurants within walking distance. The family restaurant nearby was horrible. The worst service I have ever had. The staff wasn't very friendly and was missing from the counter often. The phone would ring and ring. The breakfast that was included was very good. The price was low and the free shuttle to the airport was helpful. The driver was really nice.
Nice hotel beware of proximity to workout room We were placed in a room right next to the exercise room and it was so loud we could not sleep. After complaints were made to the front desk we were told that guests could use the exercise room 24 hours a day even though it could disrupt the sleep of others. We suggested that they should limit the hours of the exercise rooms from 10 pm - 6 pm. Nice clean hotel with friendly staff.

Estadía por tránsito en IAH No coordinaron ni atendieron en tiempo razonable mi traslado del aeropuerto al hotel. Fue necesario esperar cerca de 40 minutos para que llegaran, y desde la reservación había dado instrucciones de vuelo y llegada. Comodidad y cercanía del aeropuerto. A diferencia de la llegada el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto fue rápido y puntual.
