Good Hice una llamada internacional para reservar el shuttle al aeropuerto y me dijeron que debo llamar por teléfono al arribar. Quise explicar que no tengo un teléfono de EEUU y no pude terminar de hablar, simplemente me dijo Have a good day y colgó! Muy mal....
Wenn ich wieder über Houston fliege, werde ich dort wieder übernachten Das Frühstück ist sehr basic und was mir garnicht gefallen hat ist, dass nur Wegwerfgeschirr verwendet wird. Die Lage zum Flughafenist super, obwohl ich zuerst in ein anderes Hotel mit dem gleichen Namen gebracht wurde. Erst an der Reception fiel das auf und ich wurde dann aber per Shuttle glieich an die richtige Adresse weiterbefördert.
Good The shuttle from the airport to the hotel stops running at 11pm. I didn't see this information listed anywhere when I was booking. Breakfast wasn't great. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

Not to happy with this place. Coffee maker was missing tray. Tub was clogged. Not enough outlets next to bed. Lighting was poor. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast.
Okay The place wasn't very clean neither was the room and it had a musty old smell to it The ladies at the font desk were nice and polite
It was a very enjoyable stay The continental breakfast was just OK not much for a diabetic to choose from The cleanliness of the room and the fluffy white towels
It was comfortable Nothing, just not much to complain about I like the friendliness, the pet policy
