Great staff, but some maintenance needs to be done. Room temp was a bit warm and adjusting AC did not lower the temp much. Biggest problem is the the shower in Room 212 did not work well. Had a hard time getting warm water and the volume was a trickle. Surprising since water temp in sink could be easily adjusted and had more volume than shower. Excellent staff very friendly and very. They made us feel like guest in their home. Would come back because of the staff.
A great place to stay enroute through IAH airport, Houston. Nothing really. The lighting I the room entrance could be brighter and the closet door self closed as it was behind the room entrance door. There is some aircraft noise, but not bad considering proximity to the airport Very comfortable bed with a good sized room. It was a good stay. I would consider a different place next time, though. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Shower needed recaulking. Same breakfast meat (sausage) served every day. Hallways were not vacuumed daily. Only one desk employee seemed to have any interest in me as a customer during my entire visit. They lacked interpersonal business relation skills. Home away-from-home Shower head not strong or focused. Water sprayed erratically. Apartment/suite design is unique, spacious and inviting! Towels and bath accessories were plentiful.
Good Nothing Comfy good bed close to restaurants
Awesome Excellent value for money. Close to the airport so convenient for arriving and departing.
It was fair. The elevator was very far away. i went to the room we were issued and it was occupied, so we got a different room and one of the keys didn't work. I did not like the lay out of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
