Very Quite good place comparing to paid money I give adiffrent Visa rather than the one I make reservasion with it at booking and unfortunately they charged me twice in both Visas and no one called me to highlight this issue . After I notice this issue I informed them and recepetionest didn't say sorry for this mistake and also didn't confirm when the money will be back in my visa. No guest self lundary. Near to good Resturant which opens 24 Hours. Airport Shuttle bus came in 5 minuites after call Very quite place

close to IAH for overnight stay Told the desk when we landed that there was a party of 10 for shuttle pick up with luggage and wheelchairs. They confirmed we would be the only ones but van came half full and half the party had to wait an hour to get to th hotel. Close to airport for an overnight stay for 10 people in 3 rooms. Quiet. Decent buffet breakfast. Nice outside pool area but did not have time to use it. Clean. Helpful staff. Walking distance to an American style restaurant.
Fantastic Nothing--everything wonderful! Friendly & accommodating staff. Large clean rooms and wonderful shuttle service to the airport.
