Wonderful Staff was very courteous. Van service to and from airport was prompt. I was in Houston for a job interview that wasn't far from the hotel. They were kind enough to drop me off and offered to pick me up afterwards.

Fair No tienen botones para que lleve las maletas y el carrito que tienen para eso no le servian los rodines tuve que jalarlo y me daño mi espalda. Ningun personal del hotel hizo nada por ayudar. No lo recomiendo.
