Mala experiencia La limpieza de las zonas comunales, deberían cambiar la alfombra de los pisos. Nunca me solucionaron el cambio de fecha y tuve que pagar el día que no fui y el del siguiente día. La cama estuvo muy cómoda.
Under Renovation. The hotel does not look clean at all. They are under renovation, but you can tell the cleanliness was not up kept over the years. The hallways looked bad, but once inside the room it looked cleaner. It you are someone that cares about astetics you will not like this hotel. It you just need a place to lay your head before catching a flight the next morning this place will do. It was 3 miles to the airport.
Don't be tricked on the proximity to IAH, place is a dump, no wonder there's no money back policy. Simply disgusting.
Bad Was dirty and stain marks Close to airport
Never again. The roach in the room, the filthy carpet, it was awful. then to add, the elevators with filthy and there was a shedded skin of a bug in the fruit loops. i couldn’t even eat there. i will never go there again. i spoke with the desk clerk about the roach and he said nothing. i showed him a picture of the dead roach after we killed it.
Poor Muy sucio y el personal nada amable Nada
Bad Mi habitación tenía cucarachas, el elevador está todo grafiteado, en el desayuno habían cucarachas en la barra de alimentos, el baño ni siquiera tenía cerrojo, te cobran el agua, me cobraron $100 dlls por mi perrita y al querer cancelar me cobraban exactamente lo mismo de penalizacion. De verdad es un asco de hotel!!! Nada, todo está HORRIBLE!!! El lugar esta lleno de cucarachas.
Concierge staff was friendly and helpful. Lacking cleanliness. I was told due to the renovation the carpet and the area is not clean as they are being replaced. Breakfast was good. Staff was courteous and pleasant.
Bad The staff did not convey information on check-in that that there was work being done on the water pipes. The water was yellow/brown. The elevator did not want to work, the carpets were dirty and stained. The hotel is old and dirty. Do not recommend.
