Disappointing Dirty The property is outdated and dirty, room carpet was stained and dirty, looks like nothing has been updated in 20 years

Certainly not worth the cost. AC not working in first room. Pool unuseable, filthy green. Did not mention shuttle did not start till 5am, so I incurred the cost of a cab. We have decided after our last stays in different area with the same nasty experiences we will not be stay or recommending La Quinta. Location

Poor No hot water!!!! None. This is my second visit at a Houston hotel with no hot running water. Terrible!
Extremenly disappointed, if I had another option I would’ve left right away. Nothing. The property needs FULL renovations. From the moment you walk in the carpets are stained, the elevator was dirty. As we walked in the room we found cockroaches, the room smelt disgusting. Went down to the concierge to ask for an air freshener and bug spray and didn’t have either.
