Pésima Muy sucio. Las alfombras asquerosas, el elevador extremadamente sucio, la tina del baño sucia. En las sábanas había pelos. En el reloj despertador había un par de pestañas postizas pegadas. Por lo cual se nota que no limpian a conciencia la habitación. Lo único bueno fue la ubicación.
It was ok for one night It was veeeeey dirty, found socks, water bottle and feathers under the beds Service was good, kind and friendly. Breakfast was not bad, beds were comfortable
Not a clean stay Very dirty facility. Sign says pardon our mess during remodel but very clearly no remodel currently happening. Very dirty carpet, wallpaper torn and stapled together to the wall. Dirty walls. Roach on the wall and hair in bathroom tub and on the bathroom wall Location to hotel Bed was decently comfortable

Deplorable Está en pésimas condiciones huele feo y estaba muyyyyyy sucio todo desde la entrada de la carpeta hasta el baño y el sink horrible todo solo el Aire si funciono bien la atención al cliente me tocó un Indu amargado y me puso tantos problemas para tentarme el cuchitril ese y sabes que ya cuando agregas tu targeta te vea obligado a quedarte ahí no lo recomiendo pero con un 000 Solo el desayuno

I chose this hotel Because it was in close proximity to the airport to the airport The bathroom had mold on the walls. The shower dripped all day. The carpet was very dirty. I understand the hotel is being renovated but they need to indicate that on the website and give bigger discounts for the rooms. The room was big with a big bathroom. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff and the cleaning crew were friendly.

Cheap, but not cheerful Very tired decor. Chipped, grubby paintwork. Well-used beds; threadbare sheets. Carpets look disgusting. A smell of sewage in the hallway. Air conditioning did not work in part of the hotel and not at all in the room I was originally allocated. Asked to be moved to the other side of the hall. A/c worked ok in that room. Breakfast featured cold, weak coffee (surely you can afford a make-your own machine!) and a lot of carbs. Close to Houston’s G Bush Intercontinental airport. Excellent free airport shu... read more

The bare minimum. Walking into the hotel, the foyer carpet of the hotel was stained and the lighting was dimmed along with a broken sliding entrance door. No one greeted us when we walked in and when we rang the front, the desk associate just walked out and gave us our key/paid but there was no hospitality or warmth when getting checked into your hotel after a long day of traveling.
