Poor No hot water!!!! None. This is my second visit at a Houston hotel with no hot running water. Terrible!
Extremenly disappointed, if I had another option I would’ve left right away. Nothing. The property needs FULL renovations. From the moment you walk in the carpets are stained, the elevator was dirty. As we walked in the room we found cockroaches, the room smelt disgusting. Went down to the concierge to ask for an air freshener and bug spray and didn’t have either. Didn’t even check in but was still charge. Worse hotel I ever dealt with I didn’t like anything about it because I didn’t stay at the property but still charge my card. They ripping people off. This property is not working 100%. I don’t see why they even open. I didn’t like a damn thing about this property. Don’t book with them. They have construction items everywhere and the staff Megan and Jennifer had horrible customer service.

Poor One half is close for renovations the other half is run down. Carpet worn and tackie, wall paper riped, swimming pool green and outdoor umbrellas riped. The breakfast Clean sheets on bed
Disappointing The comfort of the rooms were bad, bedsheets were filled with piling and moist making it hard to sleep. Toilets were super noisy every time it flushes it made a loud noise. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
