Uncomfortable stay The pictures made the facility look more updated than it is. The further I walked into the place, the dirtier and older looking the place looked. I've stayed at other Quintas before and this place was not like those hotels. This felt more like a motel. I didn't want to touch the elevator, room door, or carpets. The handle to the room was tricky. I didn't trust the door to lock or unlock. The back entrance was not locked at any time of day despite the sign that you needed a key to enter. This facility needs some attention Carpets in hallways are stained/dirty. Rubbish bins are fill to over flowing in the garden, there is way too much single use plastic being used, every paper cup is wrapped in a plastic bag, plastic cutlery is wrapped in plastic bags.
