Disappointing The sofa to sleep was terrible Close to the airport. Good breakfast
never again even if free dirty, no linens for sleeper sofa, ac would not turn down in one room and would not turn up in bedroom. Smelled like urine in the hall. Got in the elevator with another person. They rested their hand on the hand rail, it fell off the wall. Plus when I arrived the front desk said I had not paid and made me pay again. Fair Staff was not very friendly. If you ask enough questions, eventually you will get the information you require. There was a dusty/old smell in the bedroom, and carpets were not the cleanest. Breakfast was decent. The bed was very comfortable. There was coffee and bathroom amenities available. It is very close to the airport, and they offer a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. The gym was very nice. It exceeded our expectations as the reviews are not that great. Will say it's ok for a very short layover.

Good when I arrived 1,5 hours before check in the assistant manager was very nasty when I asked about the availability of a room on the top (5th) floor. she said we already assigned your room to second floor. When I finally checked in a new desk clerk said let me check and sure enough there were several. Also for 1,5 hour early check in there was $20 charge. iI have stayed there many times and they were always very accommodating for the early check in since I have to drive 75 miles to get there near the airport.
