Very Poor Even though I was told I had a nonsmoking room, was told the whole property was non-smoking, eververything in my room had a strong, stale-cigarette smell, including pillows, blankets, sheets, bed, curtains, chairs. The toilet only flushed once or twice. Very bad. This is a very old and tired property. Everything was broken or cracked. I cannot encourage you strongly enough to book a different hotel! Towels were fresh and white
Disappointing It was hot in our room and it wasn’t properly cleaned. The pool was now for renovation and it wasn’t advertised as such. That was the main reason I picked this hotel. Just not we’ve come to expect at La Quintas we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was fine. The staff was as kind as you can ask for.

Run down place close to the airport I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the last few years because it is so convenient located to the airport. This year I found it extremely dirty and run down. The bad experience started when the shuttle service did not work and the hotel could not be reached by phone. Never again. Very dirty . The hotel gave me a number to contact when I arrived, for the shuttle. No one answered the number. I sent multiple messages in booking.com and waited for a response. But no reply. Finally I had to spend $25 for a taxi. And the hotel gave no compensation. The girl at the check in said the booking is from a third party so they can’t do any. Bad The room smelt like mold, when.i tried to lay down the dressers next to the bed smelt moldy, the carpet an furniture was nasty, the bath room light kept flickering an the tub was nasty... I slept in my car most of the night. I got up the next morning to shower an the bathroom tub had rust around the fixtures, where the old shower floor mates were was dirt bc they had been removed. I would tell everyone NEVER stay at this location. Unclean I was not allowed to stay. The hotel was not clean there was trash and roaches. The attendant did not allow me to check in and I was charged NOTHING
