Uncomfortable stay The pictures made the facility look more updated than it is. The further I walked into the place, the dirtier and older looking the place looked. I've stayed at other Quintas before and this place was not like those hotels. This felt more like a motel. I didn't want to touch the elevator, room door, or carpets. This facility needs some attention Carpets in hallways are stained/dirty. Rubbish bins are fill to over flowing in the garden, there is way too much single use plastic being used, every paper cup is wrapped in a plastic bag, plastic cutlery is wrapped in plastic bags. The friendly woman with the lovely dresses
Fair In definite need of maintenance. Some ongoing renovation was evident, hopefully this will address some of the issues aroubd wear and tear - and the need to put a shoulder to the door to open it.

Horrible 1 night stay AC not work, room stunk upon arrival, killed few roaches, shower head had no holder, eggs at breakfast were watery, sausage and the biscuits not fully cooked, dining room floor filthy, check-in rep had long face not friendly she simply didn't want be there. When I reported these issues following morning the rep was with smile but didn't care bc if she did she would've apologized and never did and supposedly noted my complaints.
