Not pleasant The hotel is under reparations since a while. We were assigned a dirty room with very bad smell, also we found small insects inside the room. On top of that WiFi wasn't available since we arrived, as travelers internet is very important because we need to monitor our flight and information but internet wasn't available. We asked the hotel staff but they said internet wasn't working from days before, and we didn't get any solution. Gross, but fine in a bind. Cleanliness, comfort, breakfast hours were all sub par. It smelled musty. Understaffed hotel. The pool was nice.

Not what I would expect from a La Quinta property. Wi-Fi and TV were NOT working. Lobby elevator not working due to remodeling. Only other elevator (my room was on floor 5) was at the very far end of the property. No mention of the remodeling when I booked this room. NOTHING

Pésimo en todos los sentidos, no es recomendable, quiero de regreso mi dinero Todo !! Bajamos a desayunar a las nueve de la mañana y no había desayuno, no había internet, el centró de negocios con una sola computadora y sin internet, no había llaves para los cuartos y tenían que subir a abrirnos con una llave para todo el hotel, pésimo servicio, las sábanas no se cambiaron, el personal de front desck muy grosero, prefiero me devuelvan mi dinero, quiero levantar reclamo para que regresen mi dinero.

It was in a very convenient location, but you need to have wifi available in this day and age. There was no wifi available. The room was musty smelling. The in-room coffee is horrible. Have you ever tasted this stuff? There was no bottled water available. There weren’t many rooms left so we were upgraded to a suite at no additional cost

Annoying and hot, but good enough. During our visit there was construction going on at the hotel. That's not a negative and isn't necessarily a reflection of the stay, but its worth mentioning. When we arrived, the check in person told us that they could not produce keys to the room because their key creator was down, so we had to have employee escorts to the room. This was annoying because of my elderly and disabled mom as well as my disabled wife who had just had major surgery that day, but not deal breaking. The worst par... read more
