אכזבה הדלת לא נפתחה במפתח - כרטיס הזמנו את המקום כי יש שאטל לנמל תעופה הקרוב, ולא סיפקו לנו את השירות!! הדיילת הזמינה לנו מונית במחיר כפול 3 ממחיר המוניות באותו הבוקר הנהג לא ענה לשאלתנו מה מחיר הנסיעה (7 דקות 40 דולר) רק אחרי שהגענו לסוף הנסיעה - חמור מאד יצאנו מוקדם ולא קיבלנו אפילו קפה, למרות שמגיעה לנו ארוחת בוקר עזבנו בתחושה לא נעימה. המיקום היה נוח לא יותר מזה חנייה

Pesimo servicio y abuso de cargos extra Me cobraron en la tarjeta, y me dijeron que no habia pasado y me llego el cobro, me cobraron mas, me querian cobrar un cargo de 67dllrs mas, las recepcionistas ambas de color estaban de mal humor enojadas, no lo recomiendo para nada, no respetaron el costo de la reservacion, pague en efectivo y me hicieron cargo en mi tarjeta, vaya robadero. Bad no lights outside at all. the parking lot was completely dark. although they had all kinds of parking lot lights they was all off. the rooms where hot. AC badly worked. will never return here again. it was quiet

came for Taylor swift concert with daughters. room was horrible dirty stained it was dirty, stains all thru out carpet in room and hall ways. elevator was rusty, graffiti was in elevator as well

save yourself the stress of staying at a gross place. sleeping on the airport floor or chair is better. it was so old and dingy and dirty. our room was so gross. first off the smell was disgusting. stains on the floor. bathroom had pubes on floor and in shower. I’m so glad I had sandals to wear in the shower and on the carpet! thank goodness the sheets looked clean. the beds were actually the only clean thing in the room. I would never go here again or recommend this place. only the front desk and shuttle person were good.

Naja Schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. 1 Handtuch verschmutzt. Das wecken früh wurde vergessen. Shuttle zum hotel kam garnicht. Buchung Shuttle zum airport nicht aufgeschrieben trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage. Zum Glück, hat uns noch jemand mitgenomme. Betten komfortabel, Zimmer sauber Amdere Gäste sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

A Disgusting Hotel & A Health Hazard Has anyone from management ever been to this hotel? It is disgusting. The lobby looks good, but just a few feet down the hallway the problems begin. The hallway carpeting is dirty, stained and just plain deplorable. This is the same on every floor. Outside the elevator, there are cigarette ashes on the ground. The elevators have graffiti etched into them. Dogs barking inside the rooms incessantly. Why are there unattended dogs in the room for hours? I called multiple time to get it to sto... read more
