Good when I arrived 1,5 hours before check in the assistant manager was very nasty when I asked about the availability of a room on the top (5th) floor. she said we already assigned your room to second floor. When I finally checked in a new desk clerk said let me check and sure enough there were several. Also for 1,5 hour early check in there was $20 charge. iI have stayed there many times and they were always very accommodating for the early check in since I have to drive 75 miles to get there near the airport. Do not waste your time booking this hotel. You don't want yo experience hell! We hated everthing about the hotel. During breakfast, I saw the hotel cleaner used her bare hand to flaten the trash inside the trash bin and went straight to check the oven without washing her hands!! So gross!! Nothing! We hated the hotel so much. I should have trusted the previous reviews. It was waaaaay toooo dirty!! The carpet in the hallway and in the bedroom was so dirty and yucky and I am not exaggerating!! The location is close to the airport, but we’ll used The elevator was dirty and the room had a Clorox smell with a wet spot on the floor The desk staff and drivers were very service oriented

翌朝空港を利用するために一晩滞在しただけなので、特に苦にはならなかった。 周囲にコンビニのような店舗が無かったので、夕食の確保に困った。夕食にはホテル内で販売していた冷凍ピザと冷凍パスタを購入し、ホテル内に設置されていた電子レンジで温めていただいたが、美味しくなかった（特にパスタ）ので半分残してしまった。客室の位置が工事中だったのがホラー映画に出てきそうな不気味な雰囲気で怖かった。 朝食にワッフルメーカーがあったのが面白かった。
