it was a terrible experience and I would never stay here again or refer anyone I love to stay here. the staff were not helpful or friendly, my room was clean at first glance but there was junk (an adult toy and bow tie) left behind from the previous guest and when I told housekeeping they missed it again ! I bet you it’s still there. the back door was broken and guest without reservations were entering all night, I know because there is no room for private conversations in a tiny dirty elevator. there is a musty smell in the... read more

Fair Whole building is a little worn down. The breakfast was horrible. Good location near to the airport. Big, comfortable rooms.

Not what I was expecting from the photos Book room for two adults and children 12 and 16 years old. When we arrived the sofa bed did not have the bed made, as we saw it small for the two children we went down to reception to see if we could change to a room with two queen beds, but we were told that it was full and that it was not possible, and that if we wanted the sheets for the sofa.the sofa is only for one person and thin, because the mattress is super thin and is very old and sank whole. whole hotel should be shut down for renovations !!! the first room was a complete nightmare blood on the floor body fluids on sheets broken pull out mattress bad odor and disgusting scene trash in the hallways elevators have graffiti writing and look run down construction going on at one end of the building they immediately moved us to another 1 bedroom suit ina different floor that there was no smell however the first room ruined it for the second room that seemed to be a lot better
