Worst than expected Carpet inside room and outside room is so dirty, the room in general smelled odd. The doorknob barely worked, shampoo was used and the trashcan already had trash inside. Elevator is really old and with an awful smell. Staff is amazing, they were exceptional always.
would not recommend. Felt unsafe. Very outdated and hallways and was very dirty. Our door looked like it had been kicked in. The first thing I saw when I walked in and turned the lights on in our room was a cockroach running across the table. This next part was not the hotels fault but we had a very scary incident at midnight. Our neighbors had a domestic dispute and were beating each other. I will not stay by this hotel again The carpet a long the hotel very dirty, the toilets look trouble and the room door broken and the lighting of the room bad. Nothing

Very Poor I’m not sure why they don’t renovate these older hotels. The carpet was musty and dirty. The lighting was awful. Smelled of mildew. The furniture smelled musty. Hallways were dark. Elevator gross. Not enough plug outlets in the room. Walls gross. Desk outlet, one was not working properly. The staff was really nice.

Fair hallway very dirty and not told that there is renovation ongoing and elevator wont function for a few hours and had to walk 5 floors with suitcases down to lobby . price

our room key did not work due to the locks being old. we got stick and locked out for 30 minutes. then house keeping wok service and overall quality of the property nothing. terrible facility and old locks not working, huge security concern
