dirty bathroom, dirty coffee pot, stinks the facility is a “non-smoking” hotel the stinks of cigarettes and marijuana (inside the rooms and around the whole building). the fire alarm was set off in the middle of the night and I had to stand in the parking lot until the fire department cleared the facility. cheap ($67)

awful unclean, planes, workers not having the right tools to clean with. no structure and laziness of staff. and not enough washer machines and dryers. they cleaned the sink toilet floor and tub with the same rags. wifi sucked needs improvement and renovation. cable

fulfill the purpose of transit stay you should contact hotel once you arrived to IAH airport to allow them send you a shuttle bus... I have been waiting for almost 45 min thinking that shuttle service continues serving without any earlier arrangement!! the location was very close to IAH airport and shuttle service perfect
