Very disappointed The moment I opened the room door. It stink like an old cheap motel. We had to be moved because, before we even sat down we find 3 roaches, and was moved to another room. Stain on the bed and huge red stain on side of bed. Breakfast

The cockroaches nightmare Can you believe… there were Cockroaches in the room! I immediately asked the staff to change my room. On the second attempt, as soon as we opened the door, cockroaches were inside. I asked for a third room on the second floor. There, the locker on the door was not working, shower was broken. I spent the night awake with fear of cockroaches and insecurity. The environment in general is dirty. Staff were really friendly.

HOT and HUMID the power went out, microwave overheated and there was so much dog poop in the grounds!! additionally the property is outdated and has a constant smell of wet and the air conditioning in common areas was not adequate to combat the outdoor temperatures. I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGAIN!!! I liked the location

Good location. Think it was expensive for the quality of the room. The room needs to be refurbished. The room needs to be refurbished. Room smelt old/musty when you first enter the room. Expensive for the quality of the room. Potable water in the room. Location for ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Disgusting, bug infested and scary. NEVER AGAIN! Big infested!!!! My room a horrible smell so i opened the windows. When i checked out i was accused of smoking because the window was open! I woke up to a roach crawling on the dresser. The hallway had no cameras and was dark! The pool and the lobby was decent.

terrible room was worn out. found dead cockroach in room, room had a table which was covered with little red ants. lots of cigarette burns on carpet, hallway carpet had lots of black mold around our doorway, bathroom door lock broken, couldn't close door all the way. Room #316 nothing
