never neednice bed and pool that’s it no towels we got the family room the couch was stained no bedding they don’t refill breakfast we waited in line to get up there a the worker say she not bringing nothing else out so our family only had oranges cause it was empty literally the front desk guy tried he was excellent the pool was warm

A mediocre hotel that tried to charge for "early check in". The hotel had sent me two messages saying that check in time was 4 pm, which was a bit late, but understandable if rooms were not ready. However, despite my room being ready when I arrived (at 2 pm) they wanted to charge me $20 for "early check in". This had not been mentioned in their emails. pathetic. worst. buyer beware Pathetic- I repeatedly tried to contact then with questions and never recieved any response. I canceled and could not get any refund. Worst service ever. No me vuelvo a quedar aquí Sucio, descuidado, con cosas rotas y no reemplazadas. Elevador en muy mal estado. Consulté si había shuttle bus para q lo recogiera a uno y nunca me contestaron. Solía ser un hotel económico, pero limpio y decente. Nada que ver lo que es ahora. La ubicación era muy adecuada porque necesitaba estar cerca del aeropuerto.

Fair We didn't have a mini refrigerator. And there were smushed roaches on the wall. Comfy beds, air conditioning, and TV

Just an Overnight. The attention to detail in the rooms was lacking. There wasn't enough room amenities for the full occupancy of the room. If you have a room that will potentially house 4 people then you should have enough soaps, cups, coffee, etc for everyone. Houskeeping should also double check everything because we were missing the part of the coffee maker that holds the coffee. These are small things but they could go really far. Staff needs adequate training to accommodate Americans with disabilities and their service animals. Upon check-in I let staff know that I have 2 service animals and was charged for them even after letting SM know that it goes against the ADA but SM argued that "it does not, only if denied stay". Needing something then we paid and proceeded to unload our things in room. No microwave or mini fridge in our room we requested it and while out and about running errands maintenance delivered it to our room and upon our return, mini... read more

Auf keinen Fall würden wir dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen. Das Zimmer war total schmutzig und abgewohnt. Die Lage zum Flughafen.
