Bad The fact they changed there security deposit policy. I have never had to put a deposit. I didn't have the deposit so they turned me away! This hotel is one of my favorites and I was really disappointed!!!

close to airport but needed updating it looked nice in the lobby but as you walked further it started to look run down. the elevators were the worst. one was down and the other one looked like it was going to fall apart as soon as you stepped into it. it also took forever. We felt uncomfortable because there was a young teen boy laying in the hallway on our floor for two days for hours at a time. Our floor also smelled of Weed. Fraudulent staff, horrible service. No first aid and misuse of my credit card!! I would like to share two instances of my last booking with this hotel - 1st, booked this place for my sister and two of her kids. Her son somehow hurt himself in head and bled, she approached front desk & asked if they have first aid, they said they don't have first aid, I mean seriously!!!
