Everything we needed Overall a great experience although an alarm went off in the middle of the night waking us up which is tough when you've just landed in the country and need to adjust to the time zone. Apparently someone smoking although Im not sure why that isn't an alarm to reception not the entire building Loved the pool. Comfortable, accessible, easy to find, near shops and food, easy going and friendly staff - all we needed.

Exceptional One particular employee who was handling the Breakfast shift was rude and did not look interested nor happy to be there The complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious the employees were very helpful would come again

I will not visit and not will I recommend friends The fact I had to bring my dirty towel down to front desk to exchange for clean. That was ridiculous!!! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was terrible!!!!

Not What I Thought It Would Be The pool water was dirty looking and the chlorine was so strong, it turned my granddaughter's swim suit from back to gray! The staff was friendly and eager to help.
