Disappointing Breakfast was cold. The pool was closed for our stay. Handicap parking spots were closed for our stay. The price was right.
Wish I had picked somewhere else to stay Breakfast was not good. very basic and lacked variety and health conscious choices. The room smelled musty upon entering and was not very clean. The sofa in the room had some white substance on it so couldn't even use it. Only redeeming quality was a friendly staff.
Stay overall was okay besides the room not being serviced properly by house keeping. . The house keeping wasn’t good. We checked in on Friday and on Saturday our trash cans were not emptied when it was serviced nor the room vacuumed. On Sunday we left and returned to the hotel late at night and our room had not been cleaned at all. Very disappointing. Secured parking at night.
I need manager bakta to call me back We almost had an intruder come into our room, I was so scared at 3:30 am he tried to force himself in. And the air con was messed up. I wanted to speak to owner mr.bhakta with no avail. Front desk was no help. I will NEVER GO BACK. That the beds were spacious

Horrible, won't pay the price to stay here again. I've managed Hilton properties for 10 years and this stay was horrible. At checking, we asked for extra keys and we're told they didn't have more. Staff was extremely lazy and rude. We found d hairs on our bedding, the bathroom floor was filthy and the second bed was way to close to the wall and hvac unit. Really disappointed at this stay Couldn’t sleep all night people being super loud running around and screaming down the hallways from 1am-6am
