Mediocre? The room TV didn't work properly. Until management had to come and reboot the TV. Bed covers was way to thin to enjoy any type of sleep. The breakfast was quite, fair. Sausage link looked undone. Eggs was a complete mess.

Not very good being the beds were small and uncomfortable and some staff was extremely rude I.E. Housekeepers Got there and went to check in and hotel staff sent me to a room where someone was occupying already! They then sent me to a different beds with full size beds when it said double queen in my booking! Dirty socks in the room when we got in there, no shampoo or conditioner just very lil body wash! Toilet paper on roll was soaking wet! Not much!

Disappointing They completely ignored my request and didn't even reply. There were literally blood on the towel. Spacious suite.
Piscina sin calefaccion El motivo de mi viaje a este hotel era la piscina dentro del hotel, resulta que la piscina no esta climatizada y lleve a mis 2 hijas de 11 y 13 y para no poder meterte a la alberca pues muy mal Muy limpio y nuevo y las habitaciones con un espacio grande
